Maple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Maple Cinnamon Overnight Oats x Chia Seed Pudding

  • 6-8 servings

Measurements:

  • 2 & 1/2 cups almond milk

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 & 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 6 pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Measurements in Grams:

  • 600 grams almond milk

  • pinch of salt

  • 6 pitted dates

  • 50 grams maple syrup

  • 12 grams vanilla extract

  • 8 grams cinnamon

  • 45 grams chia seeds (optional)

  • 240 grams rolled oats


Instructions

Step 1

  • In a food processor, blend 1/2 cup almond milk, pitted dates, a pinch of salt, and maple syrup until there are no date chunks.

Step 2

  • Mix in the remaining milk (2 cups), cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

Step 3

  • Add oats and chia seeds into your preferred storage container. Pour milk mixture into oats and chia seeds and mix until well combined.

Step 4

  • Store in the fridge overnight (or minimum 2 hours) and then enjoy!
